Guest guest
Just came back from our DAN and reviewing his poop sample. My son has blastocystis, entamoeba sp and some other parasite "parasite present; taxonomy unavailable" (what ever that means). *plus yeast/fungi Anyway, has anyone used anything successfully to get rid of the above stated parasites? Her suggestion was she wants us to try a new probiotic called D. Lactate free by custom probiotics (she says it's the cleanest probiotic she's found) and saccharomyces Boulardii. The blasocystis is one that has been present for years... nothing we've tried seems to get rid of it. Do underlying viruses (unaddressed) keep things in the gut from ever getting better. I keep telling her I think he's a viral kid (he even has herpes type lesions pop up on his body numerous times throughout the year) but she always pushes me back to his gut.... Guest guest
Hi Becky, I was told that D Lactate free is an excellent probiotic by another mom whose gastroenterologist (Dr. Buie I believe) recommended it for her son. Her son has severe GI issues. The only down side is it is very expensive. We are using BioGaia not as expensive but also good. I think she's right about treating the gut. Dysbiosis in the gut can cause inflammation in the gut and brain. In addition to probiotic, my son is taking Lutimax (luteolin) for brain inflammation and it has helped him enormously. Here's more info: http://www.lutimax.net/ You may want to ask your DAN! about it. It's all natural. My son has had no bad side effects and he's been on it for 4-5 months now. He's doing much better in school, finishing his homework, more social etc. Subject: TO ALL MY PARASITE PEOPLETo: "mb12valtrex " <mb12valtrex >Date: Monday, November 7, 2011, 1:58 PM Just came back from our DAN and reviewing his poop sample.
