Guest guest
I use the oldest brand of powdered cocoa on the Swedish market. The box (you could see it here http://mormorsmat.taffel.se/taffel/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/ögonkakao.jpg ) still looks exactly the same as when I was a child, so it's a bit of childhood memories attached to that. And it's good quality too. (the name, ögonkakao, means "Eye cocoa", hence the eyes on the box).In other words, it comes prepared, I don't have to ground it. If you do buy whole beans, I would assume a coffee grinder would do the job.love/Reb--- original message--- Reb, don't be sorry! You gave a great explanation of how to prepare it, and description in more detail. Thanks to n too! :-)Now as far as the cocoa beans do you use any special brand? I've never ground cocoa beans before. Sounds like an interesting recipe. And tasty! :-)Hugs and Love, JackieMay the peace of God be with you...the love of Jesus enfold you...and the Spirit of Christ fill you.
