I sure hope you don't get them, Melinda. Foods can definitely be a culprit. Like wines, and aged cheese....and oh for me, caffeine is the biggest trigger I could pin-point for sure! Hugs, Chelle

OH OH Chelle....

I just saw you speak of wine & Cheese as a trigger for your headaches.. Hon seriously 'that' is one of the signs of it being histamine headaches, as both of those are very high in histamine. Now if you tell me you get a bad headache after making love. I'd bet on it. *chuckle*HugsDee
