Guest guest
I never looked at myself till I first got VV at age 42. I always thought those were body parts you never discussed. Lately I have been trying to make my private parts more aesthetically pleasing by trimming the hair very short and waxing the hair on the sides. (I got the idea from the show " Rome " on HBO - actress was Polly ). It is silly but it makes me see it as " pretty " rather than " gross " . > > Wow! I am so glad you finally did! Guest guest
nne, I guess I just never thought to. I grew up in a very conservative home where sex and " that " part of the body was never discussed and was pretty sheltered. All my friends grew up in similar homes so we never talked about it amongst ourselves. I didn't even know what sex was till 9th grade...literally. I can't belive it now, but it's true. =) Melinda
Guest guest
*smile* Melinda, that's ok hon... I didn't know about sex till I was probably 18.. *grin* I truly had no idea of how a guy fit into the picture at all, (though I'd discovered self pleasure by then) but didn't know a guy could do that for me *chuckle* and I had no idea of what a 'hard on' was or meant either. I mean NONE... (I can hardly believe me own ignorance as I look back, LOL) I remember at my senior prom dancing with a guy and he had one (what'd I know?) and I swear to goodness that I seriously thought it was a pen or something in his pocket.. sounds like a joke I know, but it was true...and I had 4 younger brothers and was still so naive.. LOL It wasn't discussed at home but the good thing was it was never talked about as shameful or dirty either...sex was just never talked about, what a surprise when I found out. *grin*....
