Guest guest
Hi Nikki,I just researched thru google, and although lots of article are saying the same that autism can be helped by rapamcyn, not a lot of people have access on using this. Except people with tuberous sclerosis. And also not a lot is clear on its side effects and how to administer this. A mother mentioned her son to have tuberous sclerosis and autism have taken this drug, and said it helped him to be verbal.( this is under comments on the 1st article attached) I so want my son who's 4 yrs old to talk/communicate.but just don't have any luck yet. I hope if any parents have success with this drug and how they got it would help other parents.Hope this articles helps:http://archive.blisstree.com/feel/rapamycin-reverses-learning-and-memory-deficits-in-mice/http://journals.lww.com/neurotodayonline/Fulltext/2009/12170/Synaptic_Brain_Disconnections_Implicated_as_Cause.5.aspxmum of 4 yr old asdSubject: Re: Brain Connectivity Disorder/more information? To: mb12valtrex Received: Thursday, 10 November, 2011, 9:17 PM hi thx for the article. Is there more information out there? nikki~ > > > ** > > > > > > , > > > > We are actually having a researcher test this for our Sanfilippo kids. > > Seeing if it effects mTOR in Sanfilippo or not.
