Guest guest
Ora, I already take glucosamine sulfate, for my arthritis. Did you try this form before using NAG? And if so did it help the V pain? I googled NAG and see that it is a different form of glucosamine. GS has not helped my arthritis or V pain so I wonder if it might be worth switching to NAG. I had thought the forms of glucosamine were all pretty much alike. What dosage did you take initially? Guest guest
I really don't recall what type I took initially but whatever it was didn't help me so I tossed it. Later I read that the NAG helps with intestinal problems and since that was one of my concerns (diarrhea almost every day accompanied with vulvar burning). I started to take it and it helped tremendously so I still take it. http://www.allergyresearchgroup.com/proddesc/discuss/NAcetylGlucosaminePDFProduc\ tSheet060705.pdf I use the NAG 750 by Jarrow. I have been taking it for several years. I just read the literature again and am going to start using it every day. Ora >Ora, I already take glucosamine sulfate, for my arthritis.
