it is hard to see the kids go off, but you have to rem ...this is what they do...so for the mom , i am sorry to hear this ....ok i am going to ask ...do you know this lady?...do you talk to her...or do you just know the boys...and does she know, that yu know she is this sick...if the answer is yes ..then make them something...if you just know her thought the boys, maybe you would just like to call and say hi, and then go from there ...it is hard not knowing what to do or what to say...just do not look at her and say what the hell happened to you ...i got this just last night..i know yu would not do this just had to put it in to lighten the mood ...i wish you peace >>>debbi brantSubject: ramblingsTo: MSersLife Date: Friday, September 3, 2010, 2:14 PM

Just some 'stuff' that is going on>My daughter, Lia, 18, left moments ago,with my husband, with a car crammed forher return back to college. This time isdifferent; she'll be living off campus in herfirst apt. with 2 other kids. She is so excited.Not just for the apartment, but to be goingback to school. She loves her classes, andis thrilled to be taking courses in her majorthis semester: animation. Her first yearshe received 3.9 in both semesters; I was,to say the least, very proud!I am feeling down about her leaving. Selfish.I know. I am SO going to miss her. Watchingeach of them grow up really pulls at my heartstrings......one of the boys that is on my son, 's(10 year old) hockey team, is losing his motherto a rare brain disease; she only has a few weeksto live. The boy, Colin, also has a 12 year old brother.

My heart just aches for the children, and the father, .I have a hard time when my emotions are all overthe place. It's hard to just sit with them. I so wantto 'do' something. Yes, I should be happy the kids are moving onand growing, and not cling to them too much!I know the woman slightly, more through the boy that plays hockey with my son. I know thehusband a bit better than the wife. I am going tocontact the husband and reach out to him. Tellhim I'm praying, and that I have others praying forhim as well. See if I can make a meal. The teamhas also asked if we can drive the boy, Colin,back from practices. The dad can take him there,just not back home.
