Guest guest
Hi guys I ve an application form for vaccine damage, not many pple win but I thought just fill it and see. My son in a hair test analysis we did has 3 times aluminium level in his system. I want to use that as my main reason for the claim??? Uo thoughts on this. Also does anyone know how to guide me on all ingredients in the vaccines. My son is nearly four and he had all the UK recommended ones starting from 8weeks even had the BCG one too(fool that I was). Ve googled this and not much info. Any one of u applied what was the outcome pls let me know good and bad. Many thanks
Guest guest
we haven't tried but I don't think you have a case with hair analysis - firstly they may not accept that as a valid test, secondly they can easily dismiss aluminum in his body has anything to do with vaccines, thirdly even if those 2 things can be proven beyond doubt there is still no 'evidence' that all that aluminum is doing harm in his body, as far as mainstream concerned. Guest guest
Thanks NatashaWth any of the issues out kids ve after vaccine it's had to prove one way or anther but ve to try I believe the more of us who do they might take notice. No matter how many no nos they say will appeal. As I mentioned the majority of cases r turned down but it seems many of us do not even apply for it.Sent from my iPhone we haven't tried but I don't think you have a case with hair analysis - firstly they may not accept that as a valid test, secondly they can easily dismiss aluminum in his body has anything to do with vaccines, thirdly even if those 2 things can be proven beyond doubt there is still no 'evidence' that all that aluminum is doing harm in his body, as far as mainstream concerned. Guest guest
In the book Healing and Preventing Autism, there is a 4-page list of vaccine contents that I scanned and sent to your e-mail address. I don't think we can attach documents on the listserve. I don't know if the vaccine contents in the U.K. are the same, though. > > Hi guys > I ve an application form for vaccine damage, not many pple win but I thought just fill it and see. > My son in a hair test analysis we did has 3 times aluminium level in his system. Guest guest
You're not going to be able to use the hair test as proof of vaccine damage. You have to connect the vaccine administration to onset of symptoms and come up with a reasonable explanation of why vaccines are the cause of his symptoms. That means you need to identify his symptoms, prove his symptoms appeared very very close to the administration of the vaccine and there must be compelling reason to believe that those symptoms would not have appeared had the vaccines not been administered. It's not that easy to prove and generally is best proven by children that actually seized upon being given the shot or within a few hours of the shot. Severe reactions tend to be easier to accept as vaccine damage because it's easier to identify. It's a lot harder to identify the onset of a slow decline of cognition and behavior, especially when they are younger and not really doing much to begin with to see how they might be declining.Trying to use a hair test as proof of vaccine damage will not be taken seriously because you can't link a hair test to anything. You can't link the hair test to the vaccines, you can't link high aluminum to vaccines and all a hair test does is tell you how much aluminum is being excreted through the hair, it's not evidence of aluminum toxicity. If you excreted high amounts of aluminum, you can assume there was aluminum exposure that might have been higher than normal but the argument is that clearly you excreted it if the numbers are higher than normal which means you are getting rid of it just fine. Hair is long term evidence of metals excretion. While hair tests are good for determining whether or not there is a mineral transport issue, it's not a good test for proving any kind of metal toxicity. All it can show is excretion. So if you want to prove there is a metal toxicity issue, you must have toxic amounts in the blood/urine/tissue. Metals remain in the blood and are excreted through urine quickly so these numbers are high if there is recent exposure - and chronic exposure. You have to be careful what you choose to share or claim as evidence. Hair metals test is very much so not an acceptable method in the medical community to prove metals toxicity. Like I said, if the numbers are high, then clearly you are excreting it which is exactly the argument as to why you *don't* have a metals problem. Never use a hair test to prove metals, it's an easy target for shooting holes in. If you choose to file this lawsuit and lose, you don't get a second chance. You don't get to say, "oh, you don't like that reason, well let me give you a *new* reason why I think it was the vaccines." Be very careful of filing a claim that has no chance of even remotely winning. If you are going to try to do it, put every effort into it and take it a seriously as you want them to take it. Don't file a claim because you think that if enough people do it they'll listen. This isn't information they've never heard of before, they know the complaints. The whole reason metals is an issue is because you *can't* excrete metals. That's why when you use a hair test in AC chelation to determine how many lines you meet, you don't actually use the metals results (the top part of the test), you use the 2nd half of the results which is the minerals part. You aren't looking at metals toxicity, you're looking at how the body handles how it excretes minerals because that will tell you how it's treating the metals. But on that note, there are many parents that are on the list hoping for their day in vaccine court (obviously I'm talking about the US vaccine court, not the UK claim systems - which I know nothing about), some even on this list. I never filed a claim because there isn't a snowball's chance in hell I would win. I'd rather let those that have a better chance of winning go than add to the losing numbers. ~ Antiviral Therapy 101~ gryffinstail.wordpress.com/ ~~ @Gryffins_Tail ~ Hi guys I ve an application form for vaccine damage, not many pple win but I thought just fill it and see. Guest guest
It's just a process, looking on google there ve bin a few wins(many after appeal) here in UK. So will send it in knowing the answer is likely no, will also appeal. In the long run if we get it, it might help pay for the suppsSent from my iPhone i never applied cause my son was born in 1997. diag in 1999. didnt connect the dots till several yrs later. was told too late to try to file a case/claim. statute of limitations, etc. vicki Re: Vaccine damage And, in cases like ours, it's because we found out about the process over 3 years from injury. > > Thanks Natasha > Wth any of the issues out kids ve after vaccine it's had to prove one way or anther but ve to try I believe the more of us who do they might take notice. > No matter how many no nos they say will appeal. > As I mentioned the majority of cases r turned down but it seems many of us do not even apply for it. > ...
