My doctor had to give me a prescription for physical therapy. The

prescription form actually had a checkbox for Vulvodynia/Vestibulitis

*printed* on the form as one of the conditions to check off.

Hmm, talk about a change over time! I had never actually seen it on a

sheet as a recognized condition.
