I just quit another group tonight.They argue on that board. The moderator writes harsh accusing emails towards other women in the group. It was not pleasant. I found reading some of the emails actually adding to my stress, even though I was not the one fighting with her! Anyway, you are both always poised and professional and genuinely trying to help women instead of trying to manipulate the group and toss around your power like some of the other groups I have been in.Thank you very much for doing a good job maintaining this group! Hon I really appreciate that and I too think with Chelle & Ora we've the best moderators around and set the standard to not that have those kinds of accusing or nasty things going on. We're all in pain and want to help if we can, and that's the bottom line. I was on quite a few like that myself over these many years, so I know exactly what you mean and I just thought it was so petty and absolutely ridiculous. In fact if anyone ever scrolls down far enough, long ago I even added this footer to the bottom of all of our posts because of that. ***WARNING: Flames and inappropriate treatment of other members on this group will NOT be tolerated. And I mean it *smile*, if it continues after being warned & told to cease & desist, (and I'm aware of it) I've a little tricky trigger finger and they'll be gone. *LOL* We're all adults and of course can discuss whatever but to get nasty or to flame someone personally, no way.
