Be sure to pull your hair up and off your face. When honey is spread evenly, it will bead up as water beads up on your car after a shower. Leave on for 15 mins while you lie down and rest. Your skin will begin to feel very warm and reloaxed. Don't fall asleep! Before rinsing, begin to gently pat your entire face with your fingertips. Make quick tapping motions like you are playing the piano. Do this for about 5 mins. Rinse with very warm water and a damp cloth. Avocado and Buttermilk Mask Good for: normal-to-very dry, especially rough or chapped skin Use: as desired Follow with: moisturizer, if necessary Prep time: approx. 5 mins. Mix with: small bowl and fork Store in: Do not store. Mix as needed. Yields: 1 treatment Special: A larger batch can be made and applied to dry hair. Leave on for 30 mins. Rinse and shampoo out. 1/4 very ripe Avocado Buttermilk Mash together the avocado and just enough buttermilk to form a creamy paste. Apply in upward strokes to face and throat. If possible, lie in the sun to allow the oils of the avocado to warm and penetrate your skin. Rinse after 20 to 30 mins. Your skin should feel velvety soft. Enjoy!
