Guest guest Posted April 5, 2008 Report Share Posted April 5, 2008 I also forgot I wanted to say that Dr. Hibner completed his residency at Chicago Cook County Hospital in Chicago. That hospital is one of the toughest in the US. It handles all of the poor uninsured in the Chicago area in one of the roughest areas and probably saw every possible condition possible. He now performs PN surgery (the same as Dr. Conway), but his procedure is different. Instead of going through the vagina (Dr. Conway), he makes an incision in the butt (if you are compressed on both sides he only does one side at a time with a two month wait between surgeries) and cuts the nerve using cadaver tissue to put it back together. Naturally both doctors think their procedure is the best. My pt gave me his email and so I wrote him and he is a very concerning doctor> I called his office and talked to the nurse about the botox which he does and I want to go down there but the expense is 500.-600. for the botox and then u got airfair, hotel, and office visit. I have done the injections and for 6 hours I have total pain relief but for 175.00 dollars was not something I could afford every 2 weeks. You all know how expensive we are.
