I don't measure it so I can't tell you real directions. I just bring about 4 inches of water to a boil (with a little salt in it). Then I dump in corn meal and whisk it (because it lumps). Turn the heat down and cover it. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then it is served like hot cereal. We put butter, sugar and milk in it. My grandkids LOVE corn meal mush. lol It is really, really cheap:)Duck eggs are better than chicken eggs. Chicken eggs do have a darker yellow yolk. Duck eggs are larger and denser. I don't know how to really describe them to you but duck eggs are my favorite.hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
No, Kate, I don't have any Pekins anymore. Our ducks are khaki campbells, magpies, swedish, runners and one buff duck. I have one duck that is sitting on eggs right now. She should have a couple of little black and white ducklings in a week or so. She is a black and white magpie. Ducklings are so cute! Guest guest
Might sound silly, but maybe you could postpics of your ducks. They sound adorable.I'm going to try and google search the varioustypes so I can see what they look like. Howmany ducks in all do you have? Do chickensand ducks eat/like the same sort of food?I know that sounds like a kooky question, butI was wondering.Enjoy your flock, love, Kate Re: Kate and breakfast....Re: Had the chocolate...> > >To: MSersLife > > >Date: Saturday, September 4, 2010, 12:14 AM> > >> > >> > > > > >Corn Meal Mush is just cornmeal boiled like you would cream > of > > wheat or > > >something like that.
