Chelle,

I used to use the Lidocaine gel mixed with the Estrace on my

vulvar area for about 2 or 3 years. I found that it worked

pretty well. I don't do it that often anymore because I can get

the Estrace cream around my vulva easily.

I wish you all the best with trying to get long term relief from

all this.
