drive ahead. Do you have the Lidocaine compounded? I can tolerate the 2% lidocaine and even Libby said that the 2% is very mild. It's the 5% that I've had trouble with. The 5% is what was used in the studies of the overnight cottonball treatment (I think it was at Chapel Hill, NC). My compounded Lidocaine was delivered today. Pete (at Bellevue) said that if this bothers me at all, to let him know and I could try a soothing base of my choice, like aloe vera or emu oil, etc. Hugs, Chelle
