Guest guest
As a woman of 47, I am afraid that the physical (stress) responses I have developed as a KO are now set in stone. I would simply do anything to be able to be in a stressful situation and not be triggered into having migraines, asthma, IBS, or any other physical response. I never considered myself a fearful person, but I find that prolonged stress just beats me up. Perhaps it is years of adrenaline 24/7 as a child growing up in a war zone. My adrenals are weak, and no amount of healthy eating, vitamin therapy or exercise brings my stamina up to that of a normal person. It is a constant battle to stay ahead of the fatigue. If anyone else here has ever found a way to beat this monster, please share. > > Having limited contact with nada was literally making me ill; I'm not sure you understood that part. I'm talking high blood pressure and debilitating Meniere's disease-like symptoms after simply hearing nada's voice on the phone. >
