Melinda,

I could have said a lot more about Dr. ’s office,

but just didn’t want to say any more of the bad things that happened to

me with her. She was just so demeaning to me. I never had any customer service,

Every time I went, I came out of there and said I am never going back there

again, but I did, just because there was no one else to go to. I am so glad I

found Dr. Boardman. I would highly recommend her, but the just a warning about

the waiting room. Dr. ’s was busy, but this is ten times worse. I

don’t know how many doctors there are in there, but there are at least a

dozen, with aisles and aisles of rooms. It didn’t seem to make any

difference with time though, because I checked in at the main desk, she took

all my insurance information for a new patient and then she told me what side of

the room to sit where they would call me. It is a huge facility for pregnant

woman, not just a vulvar clinic. But I was in there such a long time and certainly

got the attention. And also, I have never had a resident assist a doctor

before. She did all the work, the injections, etc., with Dr. Boardman teaching

her. She was so nice to me though, and wanted to help, and they did come up

with a plan. I did have a little case of LS, but she didn’t think it was enough

to worry about, just use the CLOB three times a week, and I go back in three

weeks for more injections.

I was very interested to hear about your visit to Boardman. She has

long been on my list of back-ups and now I am thinking more seriously

about seeing her...I have gotten some help from 's office but

always feel rushed and they literally keep me waiting over an hour for

every single appointment...just poor customer service. =)
