Thanks everyone for the sweet, supportive comments regarding my fall. I am thinking at this point this IS a flare. I guess we'll see over the next few days if that's the case, or not. My left leg (my weak side) is hurting and is harder to 'control' when I'm walking. I've also had a headache for several days and I just can't get rid of it. But then that headache could be from the dental stuff going too. If this is a flare then it makes two in four months. Stupid, huh?I had been doing too much but it was unavoidable because the grandkids have

been sick with a bad cold. They are finally mostly all well so they are back to doing their regular farm chores. Whew!hugs to each of you SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. There really isn't anyone else here all the time. Their mom works M-F at a surgeon's office, an hour away. Their dad is also gone most days right now. I hope it's not another flare Sharon . You know I don't really understand what they are anymore. In the past, my episodes were obvious .. total paralysis, inability to talk, ON but in the last few years I have episodes where my legs get worse, bad pains, etc. that eventually get a bit better. Yet my dr says I'll just get progressively worse with no recovering. Makes me wonder if I'm completely SPMS or if you are too.

Please consider taking the LDN if you have any.
