DHEA (?) Adrenal exhaustion...

I'm tempted to myself Ora (to buy some DHEA to stock it up..) *sigh*.. always a new project indeed.. and ever learning. *grin*... I hope it helps you.

I really was amazed myself that it worked like it did... and maybe some day if I do decide to give up my hormones (which I doubt) I'd use it.

Ooo Ooo OOOH I just remembered something else. LOL

And it's that DHEA can be excellent for exhausted adrenals...

Also for those who may not be aware of it.. they know that oral steroids like Prednisone can exhaust the adrenals but SO can the potent topical steroids like the Clobetasol if it's overused and abused. In fact that also happened to me with Cushings syndrome and yes just from the abuse of the topical steroids...

Now it's not too likely so I sure don't want anyone to panic, *smile* but there is literature out there on that and it did happen to me... so it's just a thought to keep in mind as well about those exhausted Adrenals.
