As I mentioned before they do give these kind of warnings

already. Also, with the advisories that come when you get

medication filled at the pharmacy will state other side effects

not listed may occur which leaves open the fact that the kinds

of things like mentioned could occur.

As for the issue of a lawsuit I have to tell you that it would

most likely never make it to the court for a judge to hear, and

even if it did the chance that it would be considered a good

case for dismissal is very likely because the defense is going

to say that you made the choice to take the medication and say

that you had information about the risks from taking the

medication (please see the one post I wrote Ora explaining about

the other information that comes with the pills such as when you

get sample packs from the doctor's offices when they have

samples of birth control pill brands such as Yasmin and Yaz).
