Best apps for a 4 yr old non verbal child

Hello everyone! Just bought an iPad 2 for my 4 yr old asd son. He understands

very basic commands, getting confused with all the options on app. Please, can

anyone help by your experience is the best apps with sound preferrably?Thank you
