Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have been reading about so many on this forum with new diabetes, hashimatos, and graves disease. I was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago and like many of you have had several treatments of IV Steroids in the 1st year. I have been progressing fairly fast. I am in a walker and scooter. I take Copaxone, Cymbalta, Klonopin, Baclofen, Nexium, Levbid, Vitamin D and now Lipitor. My bloodwork lately has been showing some odd results. I haven't had a steroid treatment in about a year now but - in the last 1.5 years I have had shingles sudden attack of pancreatitis in ccu for a week then they removed my galbladder (never had a problem) developed a growth on my thyroid high cholesterol pre-diabetic (getting worse) ****NOW: I just had blood work done yesterday and they called today and told me I have to come in tomorrow: My TSH is 0.034 (last year was 2.54) My T4 is .03 (last year was 1.06) Blood sugar 107 Someone " mentioned " removal of the thyroid? What is up with all this? Seems others experience some of the same. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am at the end of my rope. Thank You, Eileen
Guest guest
EileenIt isn't uncommon for someone with one autoimmune disease to have another one, as well. There are many autoimmune diseases/disorders out there. There is good information as well as a list here:http://womenshealth.gov/faq/autoimmune-diseases.cfmLet us know what the doctor's office has to say today and I will be thinking about you.big hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
