Guest guest
hi am writing from India ( bangalore) and hugely obliged to this group.this has helped me in treating my daughter more than all those visits endless tests we did over the years .my daughter is 4 now and still non verbal( global apraxia) but pretty much on the border of mild autism . understands most of the instructions, tries to follow. except chew suck blow and talk!!!! her tests for heavy metals ( they only did blood and stool ) came negative. they say she doesn't have yeast problem also..( but keeps getting up in the night, has dark circles under eyes. speaks many words for days and stops altogether) so i was desperate to seek help from any source. here is my journey and few questions for all fellow moms who have tried and found answers.i started giving her chlorella ( yayaema) and her cognition simply jumped to a 150 sight words with in a week. she threw up for teh first couple of days ,but now loves to drink it and appetite has increased so much. does this mean she has undetected metals in her body? how do i know. is it safe to use cilantro now ( which any way we use very liberally in all our Indian foods). how do i know if she is a candidate for AC protocol . though she tested negative for yeast i gave her a very tiny amount of grape fruit seed extract for recurring cold and night awakening. 4 days she was fine and she is constipated now. but sleeps better. is it possible to have undetected yeast with in a matter of 2 months ?should i add something like milk thistle to help her liver in case she has die off. according to the guy who did her OAT she is normal. but she has very low muscle mass and did well with Nutriveda for few days .can i give her Carnitine without consulting a doctor.( DAN is very far away and charges too very much even for a skype) her babble has increased many fold singing some tunes as well now all of sudden after 4 days of L carnosine am giving her 250 mg twice a day.how do i know her zinc is not depleting as taking blood is huge issue with my skinny baby, first there wont be blood coming easily for all the tests they prescribe she will be trumatised . can i just go with safe dosage of zinc or should i constantly look for any particular symptoms for elevated copper/ reduced zinc. sorry am sending a long mail but don't have many docs here who knows what they are doing!!!!!thanks a lot in advance ...you guys are such a support ,i can ask my silliest doubt here without bothering about ridicule. -- warm regardsPallavi.S.Rao
Guest guest
yes your child can have metals that isnt detected by the blood and stool! and yes, i think your child could have great results with andy cutler chelation expecailly since she reacted so well to the chlorella...be careful with too much cilantro because i have heard it is best given with chlorella to help the metals that get loose to bind with the chlorella so it safely leaves the body. yeast does not always show up in a test ..so if she is doin better on GSE then keep doin it! look up the signs of zinc defiecieny and see if they apply to your child...also i noticed copper defieciency can have similar signs..you must to trial and error to see what works for your kid.zinc seems to rev up the immune system and copper seems to slow it down...im still looking into that whole copper /zinc theory.. if you want to learn more about AC chelation join the recovery from autism yahoo group and use me as a refferral. channa To: mb12valtrex Sent: Thursday, December 1, 2011 12:54 AMSubject: hi hi am writing from India ( bangalore) and hugely obliged to this group.this has helped me in treating my daughter more than all those visits endless tests we did over the years .my daughter is 4 now and still non verbal( global apraxia) but pretty much on the border of mild autism .understands most of the instructions, tries to follow. except chew suck blow and talk!!!! her tests for heavy metals ( they only did blood and stool ) came negative. they say she doesn't have yeast problem also..( but keeps getting up in the night, has dark circles under eyes. speaks many words for days and stops altogether) so i was desperate to seek help from any source. here is my journey and few questions for all fellow moms who have tried and found answers.i started giving her chlorella ( yayaema) and her cognition simply jumped to a 150 sight words with in a week. she threw up for teh first couple of days ,but now loves to drink it and appetite has increased so much. does this mean she has undetected metals in her body? how do i know. is it safe to use cilantro now ( which any way we use very liberally in all our Indian foods). how do i know if she is a candidate for AC protocol .though she tested negative for yeast i gave her a very tiny amount of grape fruit seed extract for recurring cold and night awakening. 4 days she was fine and she is constipated now. but sleeps better. is it possible to have undetected yeast with in a matter of 2 months ?should i add something like milk thistle to help her liver in case she has die off.according to the guy who did her OAT she is normal. but she has very low muscle mass and did well with Nutriveda for few days .can i give her Carnitine without consulting a doctor.( DAN is very far away and charges too very much even for a skype)her babble has increased many fold singing some tunes as well now all of sudden after 4 days of L carnosine am giving her 250 mg twice a day.how do i know her zinc is not depleting as taking blood is huge issue with my skinny baby, first there wont be blood coming easily for all the tests they prescribe she will be trumatised . can i just go with safe dosage of zinc or should i constantly look for any particular symptoms for elevated copper/ reduced zinc.sorry am sending a long mail but don't have many docs here who knows what they are doing!!!!!thanks a lot in advance ...you guys are such a support ,i can ask my silliest doubt here without bothering about ridicule. -- warm regardsPallavi.S.Rao
