Guest guest
Before resorting to the 90 day pill, maybe you could consider the following: Sometimes 100% ginger tea will ease the discomfort of severe cramps. Publix sells Caribbean Dreams ginger tea (usually on the canned meat aisle - not the tea/coffee aisle) Marjoram (leaf) capsules can ease mild cramping. Chamomile tea sometimes helps with cramps. Catnip tea is excellent for calming the uterus, but can also cause drowsiness. I found this to work quite well. Guest guest
We've tried most everything for our 22 yo dtr..BC pills caused such breast pain she tried to rip her nipples off...left them scarred and bleeding. She's hypersensitive to herbs and meds so we've stuck to tylenol (compounded with no allergenic filler) and we saw a definite improvement on only 5 mg of prozac...smoothed out the PMS and periods became easier. NSAIDs are out due to GI disease.
Guest guest
Thanks for responding. How do you get tyenol compounded with no allergenic filler? Guest guest
>>>How do you get tyenol compounded with no allergenic filler? <<<< We get an RX from our doctor and fill it at Skip's pharmacy in Boca. Not cheap.....but we don't use that many sooo. You would need to call Skip's if you choose that pharmacy...any compounding pharmacy can do it. He can give you a list of fillers to choose from if they need to use something. My dtr is on SCDiet so cellulose was ok for her. The doc must write the RX saying "500mg (or whatever you want) Tylenol (acetaminophen) OR COMPOUNDED EQUIVALENT". They will even mail it to you. Skip is the pharmacist doing LDN for our kids as well. Skip Lenz 21000Boca Rio Rd. A29, Boca Raton Fl. 33433 http://www.skipspharmacy.com/ As I mentioned however...any compounding pharmacy can do this for you and mail it.
