I like update time, too! It's fun to see what everyone is doing, isn't it? I'm very familiar with IBS because my dil, , has it. She has a hard time with some meats especially bacon, sausage or any pork products. If she eats bacon or sausage it will be just minutes until she has to go to the bathroom. There are treatments that help I think. Like you said stress really plays havoc with IBS. Good luck finding something that will help you.Your BBQ ribs sound delicious! Hi Sharon!I always love when you have 'update' time! It gives us each an opportunity to share.I'm tired. Could be from MS< but it is probably from the fact that hockey has begun...oh, I went to the gastro guy on Friday. I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome< not to be gross!) So, there isn't a heck of a lot to do about it. But as with MS, stress is not a friend of IBS.I'm right at this moment making BBQ ribs. and I made guacamole, so we'll have that with the ribs.
