Hi Norm, although you don’t feel the women on the LS group

have the same problems you do, you should really post anyway. I am sure there

are many out there that do have the problems and just haven’t said

anything either. You will never be considered foolish saying anything. If we

all felt like that there would be no information exchanged at all, so I

encourage you to write as much as possible, eventually there will be someone to

help you. And Dee, the owner of this group is the owner of the LS group also.

She is a wealth of information and had gone through so much herself personally.

You could send her a private message and she would be glad to help you. I have

LS also, and if you wanted to send me a private message, maybe I could give you

some suggestions that you haven’t thought of.

I am glad your husband is doing so well now – smoking is

an awful thing – I always encourage everyone to stop, but I know it is an

awful addiction.

I did get the e-mail about the LS group and in

fact joined some time

ago, though I really only read the posts. Most of the women have

problems with it I don't so I feel sort of foolish throwing my ten

cents into it. I just wish none of us had to suffer. That there would

be a lot of research into all these problems and solutions to them. My

husband had a bad heart attack a year ago- he was only 47 at the time.

It was caused from years of smoking, so he was told. The drugs and

treatments were astounding- all that's been came up with just the last

few years even. And thankfully he is doing extremely well today. I

guess my point is why can't they do the same for us? These conditions-

with the exception of cancer are not life threatening but they are

certainly life-altering. Sorry for my long-winded speech, but it's a

thought. Norm
