I don't have a url or article that says " ultrapasturized is worse than

pasteurized " but I do know that ultra-past. milk has a shelf life twice that of

regular past. milk (Horizon, for example). This fact alone keeps me away from

it. Also, I don't think ultra-past. cream cultures well as all the beneficial

" little guys " have been totally killed off.

Another question. Does anybody know if Bison (Buffalo) Liver tastes

any different than Beef Liver? Just curious.
