In case you missed it.... this is Dr. Sota Omoigui's chapter on Vulvodynia... check the tab at the top for treatments. (though the other chapters have much more on others like the botox, thalidomide etc.*in chap 9)

Pain, chronic & long term? Worth checking this link out

HI all...

In still trying to clear out things in my chaos of a mess with my computer, I ran across this one I have by a Doctor Sota Omoigui from Hawthorne, California... for anyone dealing with major enduring Chronic Pain (not necessarily just V pain) though in one of his chapters he does mention it and the use of estrogen creams (how I found him originally) and he also mentions Botox, Thalidomide, antidepressants, antiseizure meds, surgery and so much more. It's a book with approx 10 chapters all about Pain, how it works and suggested treatments, so for what it's worth.

You may find it interesting. I did enough to have copied the whole thing yrs ago. *grin*...
