This workshop is specifically designed for mothers of children with special needs to help them learn how to create the life they want, free from guilt. All work involving the animals will be unmounted. No horse experience required for participation.

In this workshop participants will:

v Discover strengths and build self-esteem

v Learn how to overcome challenges and obstacles

v Discover how fear impacts choices for self and family

v Learn to set boundaries

v Learn to connect with others in more meaningful ways

v Learn to trust instincts

v Discover how to have balance in life

v Discover how to take care of yourself while taking care of others
