Most ofour clients are children and adults whose families are experiencingfinancial hardship, in need of community

resources, advocate inschools and even in Court; and/or are in need of mental healthservices. Our role as case managers is to link Clients and theirfamilies with resources that are available within the community and/orrefer them to service providers that could provide various therapyservices. We have case managers that could provide services locatedfrom West Palm Beach and all the way down to Florida City.What is Case Management? Case Management is meant to enhance achild/adult’s functioning within the home, school/work, and thecommunity. Our Case Managers work closely with both children andadults as well as their families to assess the child/adult’sneeds/strengths, advocate for and link the child/adult to appropriateservices, and monitor those services to determine any further needs.Our Case Managers can support children/adults living at home or in thecommunity. FBS
