I thought what was most interesting was the fact that in the last paragraph of

this article, the police were trying to lay blame on the mom when they

questioned her to see if she was properly medicating her son rather than the

school who didn't take proper precautions to make sure this child couldnt elope.

Secondly, the police said by handcuffing the child, they were following

procedures for mentally ill people. Really? They're supposed to handcuff

mentally ill children and leave them by themselves to bang their head against a

glass window?
