Dee, whew, are you out of breath yet? That was a very good post. I

see several similarities with my own case, first of which feeling

like I was squatted over a blowtorch. The creams and suppositories I

was prescribed for infections made it worse. And it took months of a

steroid cream and E to fix the problem. I looked like a piece of raw

hamburger meat. Another thing, it IS hard to get a dr. to REALLY

look at you. They do seem to just want to glance at you. Who is Dr.

Marvel by the way? He sounds like a magician. Just

kidding! " grin. " After reading the posts on the yeast problems. I

don't know that I've heard of the treatment you mentioned. Think it

started with a v. I found relief from chronic yeast infections with

boric acid. Is an excellent treatment for resistent yeast. I had

read about it so I got a BIG bottle at the store with a picture of a

roach on it. I kept thinking, I'm supposed to use this? With a big

bug on it? But I went ahead and tried it-please rememember it is not

to be swallowed, since it is a poison. It is safe to use vaginally.

Anyway the boric acid didn't work well to my disappointment so I

tried other remedies. After some time I went to a different dr. and

she called in a prescription for boric acid capsules. Ho hum. So

what. But to my amazement, they worked. I did some research and

learned the bug killer is an inferior grade of boric acid and you

need to use the medicinal grade. I ordered it from an on-line drug

store. I also found pao'darco capsules to be helpful too.they have

strong anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, from what I've read. I

insert them vaginally. nne said she uses Yeast Arrest with

good results. They are boric acid combined with calendula and oregon

grape root. I think I may order that since I still have mild

bacterial infections and using boric acid alone for awhile can be

irritating. It can be used for bacterial infections

too. Norm

“Just a comment – not “this nne”, as I have never had a

yeast infection in my life. But hopefully the suggestion works from whomever

suggested it.”
