when you live with multiple surprizes things aren't fun - it means changing your mindset - every morning we wake up and that is a good thing considering the alternative

this morning a friend called from out of state - unemployment in their state is 26% and rising - since december last year they have worked nights at a walmart - not the nicest place in the world - some mornings - sometimes 4 mornings a week I have answered the phone to tears and anger over the crap goes on their

this morning I had a pleasant surprize - she meditated and prayed last night before she went in

Walmart has put food on the table for her and her furbabies and it has been a stretch but mostly the house payment gets taken care of - this inspite of the fact the workplace is toxic and a hell on earth to work at - 4 people on her shift have at least a bachelor's degree and that is the best they can get

a major breakthrough for her

that is what this said to me

God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
