Thanks for the link! I'll have to remember to pass it on to , she loves old time radio. Girl with the dragon tattoo, that's the one that starts with an old man getting a dried and framed flower for his birthday, right? Something he has been getting on every birthday every year since the year his great niece disappeared, presumed murdered. Am I thinking of the right one? Won't tell you the twist with those flowers then... It's called "Män som hatar kvinnor" (in English literally: "Men who hates women") in Swedish. It's so confusing with translations where they change the title, don't you think? ; ) I liked it. Perhaps I especially liked his way with the Swedish language, not sure how much ofthat comes through in the translation. Impressive, anyway. I liked the books so much better than the movie. But, then, I almost always do... Haven't seenthe American movie (movies?) though. I downloaded a few of my favorite childhood stories as audiobooks yesterday: Around the world in 80 days, by Jules Verne, and The Speckled Band, by Arthur Conan Doyle. Will look for TwentyThousand Leagues Under the Sea, also by Jules Verne. I read them when I was about 10 years old,and they were the first books I read in English (yes, I know the Jules Verne books weren't originallyin English, but I didn't read French when I was 10... why I didn't read them in Swedish I don't know),and I absolutely loved them. Kept reading them again and again. Think they might have given memy love for the English language. I am excited to see what I'll think of them now, as an adult. love/Reb >> Thanks for the links Reb.
