Guest guest
Hello Everyone. I am new to sList and have found all the information extremely informative. I am the aunt of a boy with Asperger's (my sister's son). My sister and I have published a novel called Wicked Good about a mother and her adopted son with Asperger's. It is the fiction account of the boy's search for his birth parents and the mother's journey with him. I hope you will consider reading Wicked Good. Wicked Good is available as an e-book on Amazon (search Wicked Good ) and will be released by our publisher on June 15th as a hardcover. Wicked Good has been a top 100 e-book in special needs/parenting and has been named to a top 20 list for the first quarter of 2011. Here are some quotes about Wicked Good: " I was quickly drawn into this engaging story about Archer Falcon, a single mother, and her son Rory who has Asperger's syndrome. Wicked Good is a must-read for everyone. " Dr. Diane Adreon, Associate Director, University of Miami-Nova Southeastern University Center For Autism & Related Disabilities, Co-Author of Asperger's Syndrome and Adolescence: Practical Solutions for School Success, recipient of the Autism Society Literary Achievement Award " Wicked Good demonstrates the uniqueness of a mother's unconditional love, a child on the autism spectrum with unwavering ideas and what occurs between the divorced parents of a special needs child. I loved Wicked Good. " Opal Hamilton, MSN, ARNP-BC, Miami Children's Hospital, Dan Marino Center " A roller coaster ride from start to finish. As a mother of a special needs child, I empathized with Archer. The authors did an incredible job providing insight into Rory's world. A great book for all.
