Guest guest
nne, I still have some pain in my perineum area and the way that I am treating it is by skin rolling that area. It's extremely painful, as any skin rolling is, but since it is a small area, it gets worked over really fast. In less than 5 minutes I don't have any more pain there and can go on to have sex. I don't put any E on it, though I wonder if that would help it heal faster after being broken down. Rhonda K. is who is having me do the skin rolling and it is working. I don't have a sore appearance unless I have just had sex and it broke down the skin. I probably have small scar tissue from having my daughter. I didn't tear visibly, but I never had perineum pain before that. Hope this helps, in IL > Just a general question - in case anyone is reading this - does anyone have > any suggestion on what is the best thing to use for pain, but no outward > sore appearances on the perineum area? > > > > nne
Guest guest
That is really interesting . I have skin rolling done every week, but I won’t let her touch that area as it is so painful. I guess I could give it a try and see what happens. I am really glad it is helping you. I am always glad when I hear that someone has found something that helps. It is very strange (at least my PT says it is), but I am her only client that does not find skin rolling painful – I just love it when she digs in really hard – I find it very relaxing. But this is on all the other areas, not the perineum. nne From: VulvarDisorders [mailto:VulvarDisorders ] On Behalf Of ocnstuff Sent: Monday, May 26, 2008 9:52 AM To: VulvarDisorders Subject: Re: DEE/estosterone - sore preinium area - nne nne, I still have some pain in my perineum area and the way that I am treating it is by skin rolling that area.
