Guest guest
Hi Dee, Thanks for this. The thing about these gluten things is that one doesn't just have the common stereotypical symptoms but the whole body is affected. Another thing, about what Green says about the number of people with it. Celiac itself is only about the small intestine being damaged enough for the blood tests to pick up the blood. They are very inaccurate and don't come close to all the people who are really affected in life threatening ways. It has been said that 30 percent and larger of the population are affected by gluten. Mainstream medical seems to only want to concern themselves with their inaccurate blood tests. This disease is serious, a body wide systemic autoimmune disease that does a lot more than damage just to the small intestine--like the entire nervous system and any body organ. Everybody should be tested especially those that have weird and multiple supposed diseases (like for example vulvar, gyn, bladder, diabetes, thyroid, skin. etc). A stool test at Enterolab or saliva test somewhere that has escaped me are the only accurate tests in the country and I'm not the only one incidentally that believes that. Some things can't be fixed without finding the cause. Arline --- Dee Troll dtroll@...> wrote: > HI all... > > I consider Arline our resident pro with the > knowledge of Celiac disease.
