DID YOU KNOW?

 

 

Did you know how much we appreciate our clients, families and community partners?  Since we shared the news of our State budget cuts, we have had many individuals contact us with wonderful ideas for fundraisers.  Recently, we have had several home-shopping events (a " Girls Night In Party " and a " Pampering Party " ) sponsored by our constituents.  We also were contacted about a benefit for UM-NSU CARD at the California Pizza Kitchen in Coral Gables on July 23rd (stay tuned for details), another that will be at a local Burger King soon, and one at Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in Davie where 20% of your purchase will benefit CARD!  While it has been a tough time around here with several staff being let go and several resigning and choosing to move on to other adventures, we remain optimistic about the year ahead thanks mostly to the love and support you continue to show us!  Thank you....it really does make a difference to know that the community we serve really cares about and believes in us.
