I do not know if I am going to try Effexor, I just know I can not handle this anymore or all the meds they throw at you that have so many side effects, I am just hoping that my doc will give me something for the pain and set me up with a pain specialist. I have read about the botox injections, who knows maybe worth looking into, let me know if ou have any luck. Thanks Jen > I am so sorry Jen - I have a frozen ice bottle between my legs as I type, so.. > I know what you are going through. Guest guest
-Hi Jen, I am another one with ice often between my legs. I know what you mean about all the meds. Between Lyica, Citalopram, prednisone, and vicodin (and this is from someone who didn't even like to take tylenol) I am just waiting for other symptoms caused by all the meds to come up. Sometimes I think that my emotions are due to both circumstances and meds. I thought I had a bladder infection at the end of last week and I don't I guess. But now I am taking pyridium just as needed. My doctor thinks its a reaction to all the irritation there. I just couldn't believe this new symptom. I just almost couldn't handle one more thing. It can be very overwhelming to say the least. I hope you find something very very soon that helps.
