Guest guest
Recently I have read one of the most interesting books I have ever read. It is call " The Second Brain " by Gershon. This is not a trivial book and it takes some doing to get through it. I am on the second time around. This researcher has found that the intestinal tract has neurotransmitters (like serotonin) and is very much related to everything in the nervous system and consequently to every organ in the body. Although I suspect that there can be some retraining of the brain about pain, etc., I suspect that it has little to do with most of our capabilities to pay and to devote much time doing. If it works, do it. Meanwhile try to figure out what is wrong with your intestinal tract and try to fix it. My old Granny said everything started in the gut. I think she is right.
