Jeannette.

This is fairly simple and not too expensive to make. I was surprised that when

my son as on a gfcf diet, he actually liked this a lot.

Tofu Yogurt

Tofu Yogurt Ingredients:

1 lb Tofu

1 Frozen banana, sliced (peel will turn black but banana is o.k.)

1 Ripe banana, sliced

1 tbsp Chopped fruit - you can use a strawberry, some pineapple chunks or other

fruit, or omit this step.

2 tbsp Sugar

1/4 cup Water

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Raisins

Tofu Yogurt Instructions:

Combine all ingredients, except chopped fruit and raisins in blender; blend at

medium speed for 45 seconds.

Add fruit and rasins.

Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

Regards,

Glenda

Can you use another ingredient besides Tofu? I try to stay away from soy products. Thanks for sharing!

Honestly, I have never tried anything else, but you could try using tapioca

pearls. It would probably just be a matter of getting the right consistency/

amount.
