Guest guest
You can go to www.caringbridge.org and type in suzannelengyel that will get you to her site. However, I have only posted what Barb shared with the group (Thank you Barb!). She is doing better today. The blockage is a challenge of having surgery (jpouch). The surgeon said that she may never experience this again or it could become a chronic problem. If it does become a chronic problem they will have to do surgery to find and remove the adhesions - however the challenge is that more surgery could cause more adhesions. We really view this just as one of those things you need to live with if you had to have your colon removed. The worst part is that this is her first week of classes at college after being on home bound instruction for her last two high school years. The timing sucks! BTW her liver enzymes are a little high too - but not dangerously high. The liver is what really worries me. Thank you again Barb LINDA (Mom of Suzanne, 18; IBC 1/04; PSC 3/04; jpouch 2//07). -------------- Original message ---------------------- > > <http://www.caringbridge.org/cb/inputSiteName.do?method=search & siteName=s > uzannelengyel > > Sorry about that, don't know how it came up wrong - try this one > > With love, Barb in Texas - Together in the Fight, Whatever it Takes! > Son Ken (33) UC 91 - PSC 99 - Tx 6/21 & 6/30/07 @ Baylor in Dallas > > http://www.caringbridge.org/cb/inputSiteName.do?method=search & siteName=suzannelengyel Sorry about that, don’t know how it came up wrong – try this one With love, Barb in Texas - Together in the Fight, Whatever it Takes! Guest guest
Thanks Barb, this one works.Since Suzanne is taking a similar path to Bill's , I just like to see how she is doing and of courseI wish her the best and a quick resolve to this current problem. Thanks againLeehttp://www.caringbridge.org/cb/inputSiteName.do?method=search & siteName=suzannelengyel
Guest guest
Hi , Glad to hear she is doing better. The timing is rotten so I hope she can get back to school quickly. Is Suzanne on a daily antibiotic? Bill has been on one [cipro] ever since the surgery because if he doesn't take it then he gets the pouchitis. I guess if it isn't one thing it is another.
