Guest guest
Question for those of you who take Urso Forte (500 mg), Is the pill so much larger than that of the 300 or 250 mg pill and can it broken in half? Is it harder to take because of its size? Thanks, Ellen (wife of Chaim, PSC 2002, cholecystectomy 2006) Yahoo! oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links. Guest guest
It is larger, but the oval shape and the coating make it very easy for me to take -- much easier than the sticky gel-capsules of Actigall. Guest guest
Hi Ellen I'm not sure that they recommend breaking the pill in half and certainly, I've never tried. And I'm not sure if it would taste bad since so many pills have an unpleasant flavour if you chew them or let them dissolve in your mouth. However, with the number of pills that everyone here takes, I'm sure that we've all become rather good at taking a small handful at a time; at least, that's been my approach.
