Guest guest
After being attacked by that mean drunk I would say you are within your rights to be scared! I am sorry to hear about the panic attacks. That must be terrible! Before I moved to Alaska I had to get rid of most everything I had. I could only take a little stuff with me so I sold stuff, gave stuff, threw stuff.... lol Good luck with all of that.big hugsSharon SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Enough, I'm always complaining! I've started decluttering and on Monday I've a man coming in to help clean out the basement. Either I want it restored back to an unfinished basement or have it redone as cheaply as possible. I put my foot down on , either he take the stuff I'm getting rid of or let it go to trash even though it'might' get a bit in a yard sale he'll never end up having. But in any case, it is not going in my garage! Did I say he's absolutely no help in this yet my moving to an apt saves him a lot of work. He takes care of the grass and yard, plows the snow, and fixes minor things. Considering he has his own home, has a bad back to the point of being classified as 'disabled', you'd think he would be happy! Anyway he's making me more anxious about moving to an apt than I am by myself! Anyway I'm skeered and that's probably mostly due to having panic disorder most of my life. I know it's the right thing to do both for my health, my finances and my sanity (staring at housework I hurt too badly to do makes me feel rotten). I've narrowed it down to two apartments ... both in areas I like and both senior buildings (50+). Both have a/c which believe it or not, the majority of apts here don't have. One is 985 sq feet and the other 875. Gulp, I've 4 bedrooms, a basement, family room and garage to empty! I'm kind of leaning to the smaller one because it's newer, has full size appliances including a dishwasher. Plus washing machines on every floor. Did I ever mention I'm scared of riding in elevators alone. And the last time I had to live in an apt and go down to the basement to do laundry, I was attacked by a mean drunk who nobody figured out how he got in the building! Anyway, I'm plugging along. Not really much progress to see if you walked in. But then you'd have no idea how much this house contains! Oh and I swear that when I do sell, I'm going wherever to get angioplasty. CCSVI makes so much sense to me... hugs, Cait
Guest guest
My anxiety is so much better since getting rid of the ex Sharon. It was in his interest to knock my confidence, keep me at home or work (his office). That way I became so dependent upon him that I even accepted his frauds. The night I told him to get out ... I don't know where I got the courage. Maybe I was having a hot flash . And less than a year later I was getting out on my own and moved to Toronto. Touch wood but I have panic attacks so seldom that I forget what they are at first! ... hugs, Cait My update Not much to tell.
