Hi Momjohnna, does your pain with sitting mainly cause vulvar pain? I've had that happen on long car trips (especially in the past), but now my main pain with sitting is literally in my backside! I hurt all down my right si joint and tailbone, I've tried to avoid sitting as much as possible for several months now. I know someone who literally bought a soft toilet seat, took the lid off, and her friend made a cover she could put over it. She uses it mainly for driving, that way no pressure is created on the perineum/vulvar area. It's worth a try. I definitely would try it, but since I have pain when sitting on the toilet , I know it wouldn't work. My main goal is to have my pelvis aligned. PAIN from sitting is my current challenge. I am standing as I type this right now!!! I have been looking for a better computer chair. I had a vinyl pillow with the center cut out but my daughter swiped it from me after she just had her baby. She couldnt believe how it took the pressure of her stitches. I may try a child's blow up pool ring - someone told me they are great . I am currently on T and E cream trial which has been FABULOUS. ( Thank you Dee ) . So - win one, lose one I guess. Thanks for responding - na
