Hi Glenda,

We recently developed a Sleep'n Sync product called "Helping your child effectively deal with anger explosions. The purpose was to help children learn how to effectively deal with their anger and to learn to shorten that fuse just enough to be able to self regulate and learn to control it. www.sleepnsync.com . The program is a very inexpensive program (under $20) and is an audio program that is played at night while the child is sleeping. It is based on neuropsychological principles of repetition, positive suggestions and visual imagery. We have field tested it with excellent results. We are in the process of researching it.

A child must have basic receptive language skills. It may be worth looking into, there are no negative side effect..only positive..

I recently had my son read the book "When My Anger Gets Too Big", when he finished, he came to me and said, Sorry mom. When my anger gets too big, it's really hard to make it small again. I watch him struggle sometimes to control the anger and I try to help him, but sometimes there is nothing you can do to stop it, it just explodes. Glenda
