Hi Again Cait,.....I don't have agoraphobia, I just don't feel well enough to do what I have to do to get ready to go anywhere. My legs are pretty painful most of the time, and my energy levels are low. Doesn't make one motivated to do anything but sit and not move as to not aggravate everything. I wish I could get out, and I have a power chair, but I can't get in it without help. They didn't make it to fit me very well, and didn't take into consideration that I can't lift my leg onto the foot rest to climb up onto the seat. So I have to have someone here to lift that leg for me. Once in the chair I can maneuver pretty well, but our doors are barely wide enough to get thru, and I can't drive a straight line so I've had a hard time getting thru the doors again without help. Otherwise I would go out all the time onto my deck at least.

I haven't talked with my g-daughter yet about the worm, but will try and call her this week. I'll let you know as soon as I can..I'm anxious to know what ours look like here in NW Oregon.

I'm so sorry you're not able to get out Jackie . It reminds me of the worst days of my agoraphobia when I couldn't walk to the corner (2 houses down) without having a panic attack.

I'm kinda like Sharon as far as being afraid to go out walking in winter. I'm in snow country and under all that white stuff is usually a patch of ice. I'm afraid of falling.

Anyway I do hope you've some hobbies to keep you company and that you've something to make the pain more bearable. Please tell us the worm outcome! .... hugs, Cait

Hi Sharon,....I read that the Wooly worm has a 80% prediction rate of forecasting the weather and an all black one doesn't sound good. Then there are some who say its just a legend.
