Guest guest
Just wondering if there is a possible link to diet and the frequency of itching. I know there are diets that help diminish the frequency of yeast infections but wasn't sure if there was anything for just chronic itching. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi, I itch if I eat the wrong foods, i.e., foods I'm allergic to. It's worth getting tested. If you can't find someone in your area who tests for food allergies--many conservative allergists don't-- you can try a rotation diet, in which you strip down to dietary basics and then systematically add back foods one at a time and gauge your response (wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, nuts, yeast are frequent offenders--there are books and probably online sources that can guide you). You might also try the anti-inflammatory diet. Good luck! Glomer > > Just wondering if there is a possible link to diet and the frequency > of itching.
