As far as I know, this symptom is not typically associated with PSC

or UC. There could be a number of causes, see:

but I wouldn't be able to guess at the most likely cause without more

information.

Has Tyler been riding his bike a lot lately?

Does the " pressure " or discomfort seem to get worse when he coughs or

sneezes?

What medications is he taking?

Your best approach would be to take him to a pediatrician for a

physical examination and perhaps a urinalysis. Your comment about " it

feels weird, pressure, like he has to pea but then generally he goes

#2 " might suggest an inguinal hernia?
