Hey ,I'm not sure what to tell you, but I do know the boric acid studies seem to show that it is safe and effective. At the end of the articles I sent in the other day (on Boric acid), Dee listed Dr. Hope Haefner's boric acid 'recipe'. It tells you what size capsule to fill and to use it for about 14 - 21 days.
